One of the best and proven way is to control what you eat. This means that I have to read through the labels and decide what I am eating and what it is composed of. I am more prudent in deciding upon the added fat, added sugar and sodium levels in my food and I choose them after I read the label.
However, I dont see most people who come into supermarkets doing this.
