Its no secret that many actresses before getting a chance to be casted in a movie, have to do "favors" to directors or producers. A lot of testimonies have proven that it is not easy for a female actor to gain entry in the big screen as easily as a male counterpart. Now that we know about this happenings, would it be easy for the future generation females to step into the movie world without harassment?

I might be biased, or even sexiest, but I have a notion that it is easier for a woman with pretty face and appealing body to become a celebrity compared to men. I know a lot of women who came into limelight just because of how they looked. Not just in the entertainment industry, even in social media pretty faced women seemed to be more successful than a man.
No because women are judged more on their looks than their talent, unlike men.
I quite agree that it's difficult to become a female celebrity. It is challenging due to industry sexism and scrutiny. That doesn't mean that it's not possible for females who are willing to put in the hard work to achieve long term success.
