I see a lot of protein shakes and powders being advertised and sold like candies. Pharmacies, supermarkets and even regular shops have stocked them in. Should protein supplements be used freely by anyone and everyone on daily basis? Or should it be just for those wishing to gain weight? What is the right use of protein supplements?
 
you can use protein powder
Be sure to consume a lot of fluids as whey powder (and protein bars) can be very sticky and cause clogs, clogs that can cause permanent damage, if they can't escape the body the natural way as it builds up.
However, your focus should always be on getting it naturally form food.
The best way will always be food. But, at 1g per target bodyweight, this can be very expensive from meats and other sources.
