Whats your average rate of weightloss?

While I am going to gym, dieting and on intermittent fasting, I generally use 0.2kg per day.

Infact, I check my wieght everyday because there are scientific evidences to prove that checking your weight twice a day, and even thrice, will make you loose your weight faster.
 
My weight tracking process occurs through commitment to weekly or monthly goals because this method delivers more reliable weight loss assessment. Keeping a good diet works well for me. Then, I also make sure that persistence in working out remains essential for sustaining a healthy weight status.
