Sometimes, you might not even need to hit the gym before you lose weight. You could burn down those facts with just diets. It's more about eating healthy and avoiding junk foods. I’m tired of eating salads. I need a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner that will help in getting some weight off. It should be fun and easy to prepare.

You're just going to need to balance your carbs, proteins, and fats for the caloric intake you need to achieve your goal.

If you want to burn fat quickly, drop the carbs and just eat meat. The Atkins diet helped me shed a lot, but there's a point when your body says "no more" and will crave those carbs. If you can push through it, you can achieve some great results.

It's not recommended by all, but from my personal experience, I have shed a lot of fat quickly by doing it.

I'm on a fat loss journey now, but won't consider doing it until I get down to sub-8/10% body fat so that I can see the drastic results much quicker.
 
If you want to lose weight you need to focus on calorie deficit food. calorie deficit food means food that do not give you the exact amount of calorie your body needs, therefore, there will be calorie deficit. When that happens your body starts burning fats for energy.
 
Having a balanced diet helps. You also need to eliminate Sugary drinks, desserts and all the fried and spicy food and if you can exercise regularly then you can reduce your belly fat very soon.
 
If you eat healthy food, you can't accumulate tissues in your body and that will reduce weight drastically. Avoid eating too much sugar. Eat a lot of vegetables. It does help in a lot of ways. And instead of eating meat, go for fish.
Actually meat is good food if you want to lose weight. However, you need to avoid eating meat with carbs like bread, pasta or rice. Just eat meat, and you will see that you are starting to lose weight.

I am also struggling to put on some weight. My mom said I need to add egg, beans and nuts to my meals. I can also use bananas, and yogurt to prepare smoothies. It tastes good too and can help me add some weight.

True, those foods you mentioned have high calorie content. So normally they should help in weight gaining. But it doesn't seem to be working for me so far 😩

That's true! Sometimes, even though we take all the right foods, our systems may not assimilate the food well. This is where advice from a doctor will help one stand out among the rest. They can tell us what the issue is and provide recommendation on how to lose weight and eat properly.

A doctor or a registered dietitian is the best person to ask about meal patterns recommended for weight loss plans. They can contribute to finding out what kind of diet one may be on or any diseases one may have that may slow down the process of losing those pounds.
