Recently, I came across a short video on Youtube. In the video, Shark Tank investor Kevin O’Leary was saying he does not work with workaholics. He was basically advocating for enjoying life over “too much work”. Well, if you have reached a certain position you can say that but for people who are still to reach a stage where they are financially secure or enjoy luxury in life, how can they have the benefit of not “working too much”?
For average Joe, building wealth and achieving career goals requires intense dedication and long working hours. Striking a balance between work and life is personal, it depends on your financial goals, life stage, and values.
Working too much isn’t a bad thing, most successful took the same path.
