Going to the gym centre most of the time by those looking to keep has been talked more by a lot of people. Do you focus fully on yoga
as a means of training the mind and body, or do you go to the gym
?

I don't like yoga, so I'll prefer the gym. The problem is that even the gym is not that regular for me, because of other engagements.
In any case, yoga is probably the last thing I'll consider.
I share the concern and it's true that Yoga makes you eat a lot of food. That probably returns you back to square one because the calories you thought you had burnt would be replenished by the food consumption.I am not a yoga person. I once did yoga for almost four dedicated months and ended up gaining weight tremendously. Of course, this was because I was getting too hungry post the yoga sessions and I used to end up overeating. However, this somehow discouraged me to practice yoga altogether. I prefer gym, as I can do both the cardio plus resistance exercises. As for relaxing my mind, I think sleep helps me rejuvenate enough![]()
Yoga is a good option if l want to be in a good energy. I do not like to go to gym.
I feel you there. I used to get shoulder impingement from frontal shoulder to rear shoulder strength imbalance once every other year to the point where I couldn't put on my seatbelt. It's an easy chiropractic fix; pop, pop, pop, and it's good to go in a day or two. Now, I get it every few months, but not as bad of flare-ups or loss of use.Now I'm in my 40s and I'm slowing down and aching more lately.
I do breathing exercises in my car, but it's probably not why you do them. I'll have to breathe through four green lights to keep my cool before it's my turn to go in this city traffic.I do some breathing exercises
I just worry once I go to one of those folks, I have to keep going back in order to stay fresh! It's an easy chiropractic fix; pop, pop, pop, and it's good to go
I don't go to the gym but I sometimes do yoga. I do some breathing exercises (called Pranayama) and Surya salutation posture in yoga.
