Doing my laundry. Sometimes it is very easy to just postpone it saying I will do it the next day. And guess what? When the next day comes, I might still postpone it again.
Procrastination is always borne out of how we feel. I think it comes with every human and we have to intentionally strive to get over that. I always have orders that I know would be due soon and still procrastinate to work on them. Procrastination puts more pressure on people generally.

Procrastination is a result of a lack of motivation or when someone is overwhelmed. Personally, I procrastinate from time to time when I feel that a task is either dull or takes too long to finish. To fight against procrastination, I break the project into little pieces and give myself a deadline to complete them.
People procrastinate for a couple of reasons, one, they are lazy, two, they do not know much about it and continue to avoid, they want to do it perfectly and are seeking for the right time. For me laziness is the main reason for Procrastination.
For me, I procrastinate sometimes and it is mostly when I am tired. Nothing that you would do that would make me do something no matter how vital it is when I am tired. When I rest, I am always fired up to do that task. Not all procrastination is a product of laziness.
I procrastinate a lot in the morning. I am the type that is always very active in the night and that means that I tend to do a lot of activities in the night instead of the morning. So, I shift major activities to night periods rather than in the morning.
I don't procrastinate. I follow the wise Irish wisdom of my father 'You might as well do it first as last'.
We procrastinate because tasks feel overwhelming, boring, or stressful. I’ve delayed projects when unsure where to start or feared failure.
