The networking industry remains exposed to attacks because it has captured my thoughts continuously during recent days.

The networking industry supports all digital operations thus it stands as the essential foundation for our digital world. New Security breaches along with hacks appear in headlines throughout every other day.

The network is only as strong as the devices used, which are prone to attacks as people try to get around the software/firmware shipped with them as well as the person in charge to mitigate attacks if an attacker can circumvent the software and hardware solutions in front of the network.

Unfortunately, there's always going to be someone smarter that can get around both, which you can see at even the largest organizations which probably have a strong infrastructure to protect against hacks and a dedicated IT team to ensure nothing goes wrong. Alas, we can see that there are still data dumps from large institutions, so nothing is ever going to be 100% secure, and a fact that we all have to understand and be prepared for.
