Yeah! Frank Castle is also known as The Punisher by many people has always being a hero in films withstanding much pain and injuries. He is alwsy acting a very strong character.

You're right. Frank in the punisher movie was left half dead but he was able to recover. The same thing went down in the TV show. I haven't seen Wick sustained the kind of hurt Frank did. This gives him an edge over John Wick definitely.

You have a very good point which I agree with. The person who's going to wins in their gunfight depends on context, environment, and other factors. If it's a close quarter one-on-one gun fight, Wick have a better advantage to win without much preparation but when it's left to plan and it's an all out open gun fight, Frank wins.
