When it comes to fat loss, there’s often debate between High-Intensity Interval Training and traditional cardio. Which method has worked better for you? Do you prefer the fast pace of HIIT for burning fat, or do you see better results with steady-state cardio like jogging or cycling? What’s your experience with each approach?
 
I have tried both HIIT and traditional cardio exercises but HIIT is a more effective method for fat loss in my experience. The quick bursts create an effect that destroys calories while also accelerating my metabolism. HIIT workouts match my schedule perfectly since it deliver results in shorter periods of time. That's what I look for!
