off-topic What's your favourite sleeping position?

Do you have any particular sleeping position that's your favourite to sleep in whenever it's nighttime? Personally, I can't sleep well when I'm on my back with my chest on top. It's either on my both sides or on my stomach that I sleep easily.

What's your favourite sleeping position? Which sleeping position do you think is the best for one's body?

I only sleep by my side, it's more of on my left side than the right. I don't know why it's this way with me but it's what I've been able to observe.

I usually sleep on my side, I find that I often fall asleep on my back but when I wake up I'm likely to be on my side. Don't know why, just feels the most comfortable for me I guess.

I don't have a favorite sleeping position, I just fall asleep in any position I feel most comfortable in at that moment. So my sleeping position can change from time to time.

I prefer to sleep on my right side and this is how I am able to sleep but yesterday night I wasn't able to sleep properly

I sleep like a baby and keep changing positions throughout the night, most of the time, I sleep on my left side. On rare days when I am not able to sleep due to some sickness or other issues, I lie down on my tummy. This position helps me fall asleep when I am not able to.

I also like to sleep with my side but I love curling my leg and bending it in. That has been my most comfortable and relaxing position.
