I can never forget my experience with using Time Warner. Their services is the worst ever I've experienced. The equipment keeps malfunctioning from time to time without any stability in their internet as it keeps going down frequently. I had to replace them with Verizon Fios which their services have been excellent.

I think MTN Nigeria would easily win this title as the worst ISP in the whole world. You would just have connection in one corner of your apartment. Connection is lost when you leave that corner. How bad can it get?
