The reality stands against us because eating healthy food proves difficult to achieve. The biggest challenge for me is during social events with friends because I constantly face eating temptations. Unhealthy treats become irresistible when they appear directly in front of people because getting into them proves extremely effortless. Anyone else struggle with this?
 
The toughest aspect in my case is the time needed for planning and preparation. Busy schedules from both work and personal life lead me to decide between quick unhealthy meals and preparing healthy options.

I use a meal planning mobile application to manage my food consumption but I need more practice on ways to implement it.
 
Maintaining a very healthy diet could be a really big challenge for many reasons. You have to research and select the right kind of food. This could be a daunting task. Having said that, many people have a really harder time preparing the right kind of meal. This is why I prefer raw and organic food.
 
For me, the most challenging part of maintaining a healthy diet is actually staying away from unhealthy food. I have a sweet tooth, i love junks, sodas, pastries so it can be very difficult to stay away from these things.
