I had a conflict where I was just looking over at his dumpster mobile home and he walked up stirring up a confrontation. Now this idiot is back again, so I'm contemplating calling the cops and erasing him.

I've got zero tolerance for bullies. I grew up boxing, so trust me, I know how to handle myself. But when it comes to situations like this? I’d rather keep it clean and let the law take it from here. If he thinks intimidation works on me, he picked the wrong person.
It has happened to me before and I don't take no for an answer. I reacted violently and ever since, such a thing never repeated itself. It's a deterrent to others who might want to try same shit with me.
