There has been so many opinions about Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO). Some blame it for the rising cases of health conditions globally. Some say that it has made mass production of food possible ensuring food security.

What is your opinion about Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO).

Genetically modified organisms can be very helpful because they can help to enhance crop yield, disease resistance and help in improving nutritions which is by way improving our food security. I also understand that there are concerns about their impact on human health and the environmental effect but their advantages outweigh their disadvantages.

But the main problem is, we dont know much about its deleterious effects and hence we are producing them and even having them in the dark without knowing much about them.

More studies, thats the only answer.
