I want us all to return to the moments of our past life. Astronaut became my dream job as I wanted to space explore beyond Earth during my childhood years.

The space lights ignited a sudden fascination with me at that time. My interests underwent transformation when I became older.

What about you? Did you have a desired career choice before turning ten years old? What were your childhood dreams?

A few things.

I'd jump from police officer to military.

Eventually it went to homicide investigator in cold case sectors.

Once I hit college, intelligence and anti-terrorism was the idea. I got a master's degree concentrating in those two subjects.

Now? I'm an investigator for a private sector-based surveillance department. I'm not police but we work very closely with them and are pretty much their investigative wing. Our investigations and evidence are what goes to court to get a conviction.

I spy and investigate. The specialized law enforcement agents make the arrest.

Great for me because I don't want to wrestle with anything or have to use deadly force because everyone hates on law enforcement these days which is sad but true.

I love my job.

But if I could just hike and bike all the time and make content and be happy financially over that -- I'd take that, too! Haha.

I wanted to be a professional baseball player. I played for three years when I was a kid. I was pretty good, I was rewarded with 5 trophies.

My team's won two champions and I went to the all stars in my second year. I was a good home run hitter. I usually batted clean up. I miss playing the game. Competing in baseball taught me a lot.

When I was growing up I always dreamed of becoming a teacher and being able to drive a car. I remember both of those were what I would always talk about.

When I left school, I went to college and took childcare and even though I completed the course, my health now, I would not be able to work in a childcare setting without it causing me issues so that never happened.

As for the driving a car, I am very close to that being a reality, I can drive but have not yet passed by test, hopefully this year that happens :)

I did not have any dream or aim when I was a child. I did not want to become anything. When I was faced with that question I would say doctor, engineer, or pilot as these were the possible answers from other kids. When I was in high school, I wanted to become an economist but this was not my aim, it was my father who convinced me and I did not deny. I published a poetry collection when I was 21 years old. A well know poet and writer reviewed my poetry. That's when I found my aim. I wanted to become a writer and poet. I left poetry a long time ago but I am still trying to become a writer. :D
