Southgate is an English manager although I believe if they go for him, he is going to do a very good job towards bringing stability to the team.

I don't see Gattusso having what it takes to take Italy back to the glory days they once had. What are his achievements as a coach? They should have gone for Allegri instead no matter the cost. I am not optimistic for the Italian national team now.
