Super nutritious foods with a lot of health benefits are usually grouped as superfood. Do you eat any superfoods, what are your favorite superfoods?

Well, my favorite is flax seeds. I eat flax seeds every day. It is expensive but since we grow on our farm, it does not cost me money. Mung Dal, usually called yellow lentils, is also my favorite. However, I eat sprouted Mung dal, which is highly nutritious. Urad Dal, or black lentil, is also my favorite. I eat as broth or pudding (cooked by adding milk and a lot of ghee).
 
For me it has always been quinoa. However, I eat it with rice so that I dont feel that I have to take any additional effort to have good fibre rich food.

Just take rice (3/4th of your daily need), add 1/4th quinoa and put it in the rice cooker and there you go! A healthy way to eat rice as well as quinoa at the same time.
