For me, its a gay husband who disclosed his sexual preference to a woman before marrying her and now wants to separate.

If he disclosed his sexual preference to a woman before marrying her, I don't think he did anything wrong. It's the women who agreed to marry a gay man in the first place that should have her morals questioned.
