I am always taking breaks and walking around during the day, either heading out to get things I need or walking around and completing chores around the house.
I do need to try and find time to head out just to walk without any other worries, as that can be great for mental health.
So I dont have a fixed time for which I should walk, rather I measure it as the number of steps. My target is 8000 steps a day cumulative of every instance of my walk.
