Arent they illegal migrants?
Yes. But wether criminal or otherwise, there are a lot of things wrong here.
1. US signed the UN declaration of human rights. These are natural rights, afforded to any individual, wether criminals or otherwise.
2. Nature calls. So its not humane to not give toilet breaks in a 40 hour flight.
3. To handcuff and anklecuff on people who has apprently not performed any brutal crime is a violoation of their dignity.
4. To bring deportees via a military plane is an infringement of another country’s sovereignity and is a threat to the national security.
5. Here, these deportees were used to claim political brownie points.
