Unwanted pregnancy may not necessarily be unwanted for all the parties involved. May be one partner doesn't want the child but the other partner may want it. In such a scenario, how should one deal with such a situation. Do parents have any say in such situations? If yes, to what extent?

It would be better to terminate the pregnancy at a very early stage (with a pill), but some religious people might argue life begins at conception. Anyway, I do think as the unborn child gets older he/she becomes too human-like for either party to discuss an abortion.
It is probably called unwanted because neither party planned for it. In any case, terminating the pregnancy is not the best decision.
Unwanted pregnancy rarely happens and either of the partners wanted it. Most times, unplanned pregnancy always comes too early for both parties involved. I strongly doubt that there is an unplanned pregnancy that one party wanted. It would be subtle manipulation in such instance.
