off-topic Time Management, How Do You Do It?

I do not use any apps. I just make a list of my task and attempt my tasks, the most important ones first, and least important later. I try to avoid distractions like social media and youtube, while I am working. I believe on the the problems with time management is most people are wasting time. If you utilize your time properly, it is easier to manage your time
Everyday as I wake up, I make a To Do list. And I try to run my day with that To Do list. It really helps me to clear out priorities. And I am always realistic about how much I can go with a task per day. I don't waste time on one task for a whole day. I break them into bits to touch everything.
I have one simple way: MICROMANAGE.
I plan the week and the day early, so that I know what I should do in a day and in a week. This means whenever I have some free time in my day, I cant prepare early for the next task scheduled in the week.

I manage time by batching similar tasks and using timers to stay focused. I avoid multitasking and check emails only at set times. This routine helped me meet deadlines without feeling constantly rushed or drained.
