I have been reading a book called 'The Ranbaxy Story' which is basically the rise of a pharma giant called Ranbaxy from a small laboratory in New Delhi to becoming a global giant in pharmaceuticals. Its a biography type of book but I believe that the author has captured all the most important milestones in the journey of the Ranbaxy success.

Its the first company to tie up with a foreign pharma company, that too, Eli Lilly which is a company that created the first artificial insulin preparation in the world. The impact it has created have saved millions of people.
