Internet and tech dominate our lives. Do you feel addicted to your phone or apps? Do you ever try to disconnect ? How does tech impact your productivity or mental health?
I do feel addicted to my phone sometimes, constantly checking messages, scrolling social media, or jumping between apps. I try to disconnect occasionally by turning off notifications or going for a walk without it. Technology boosts my productivity, but it also drains my focus and affects my mental health when I’m overstimulated.
Well, I use my phone too much but I am not addicted, I use it because the nature of my job demands that I use it. I use computer too much, probably 8-10 hours in a day. That's because I need to use it for my work. I use tech too much but I use because my work demands that I use them.
