Diet choices impact the planet. Do you eat plant-based or local to reduce your footprint? What’s a sustainable food swap you love? What do you do for eco-friendly eating. How can we make sustainable diets more accessible?
I try to eat more plant-based meals and choose local produce when I can, it feels good to support nearby farmers and cut down on emissions. One sustainable swap I love is using lentils or mushrooms instead of meat in dishes like tacos or stir-fries. For eco-friendly eating, I avoid excessive packaging, compost scraps, and plan meals to reduce waste.
Instead of processed and ultra processed foods, you need to eat natural foods. Natural foods means you buy ingredients and make it at home. Plant based diet is good but if you enjoy meat, it is impossible to give it up completely. If that is the case, you should limit your meat intake.
