The most difficult time in my life had been when I had to face fight against anxiety disorder. It happened about two years back when I got my job in a high-pressure area for the first time. This new job brought a pressure that I could not quite understand, leading to a horrifying anxiety attack.

I was so happy to get enough support from my friends and family and it improved my mental fitness. Adopting therapy for mental health helped me to recover too. I also focuse on mindfulness and meditation in order to learn some good ways to cope.

During my entire struggle, my focus was on victory since I promised that I need to conquer my anxiety if I still want to live a meaningful life. After immersing my energy in the process, I achieved stability in my mental health that consequently led me to happy life.

The greatest challenge in my life was during the few months that I took before getting back in shape after suffering serious injury.

Throughout my college years, I played sports until I tore my ACL, which needed surgical repair and then followed by many months of physical therapy treatment. Although recovery was hard but I remain on getting back to the field.

I put great effort into my goals, while being optimistic along the line. Eventually, time healed me and I became fully able again with my physical strength and mobility back to normal.

The hardest challenge of my life was when I was taken to my breaking point, both physically and mentally. However, after I broke, I was able to learn my limits and know that I can always push through them for better times. It has helped me overcome many more challenges in the past, and continues on in the present, that I otherwise would've given up on had I not learned the actual strength and potential I possess from being broken down and learning how to overcome and rebuild stronger.

I had the most challenging life when I was 18 and 19. I was a college dropout, no work, no money, and the family experiencing financial hardship with numerous court cases. I even though about ending my life. One evening during the power cut, I sat to write a suicide note. I continued writing it until the candle died out. When the power was back I read what I had written and I was overwhelmed. I thought that was epic. I still believe that was the best thing I have ever written.I explored writing to overcome my issues

Fantastic way to have found your purpose. Glad you're still around. Many others think so as well.

The most complicated hurdle that I had in my life was when I needed to face a tough family issue. The divorce of my parents was quite a testing moment for me and my siblings. As god may have it, I was able to salvage the situation.

However, I have learned resilience from this because of my commitment to resolve the matter. Once we put our hearts and effort into something, we can surely make it happen.
