fitness Seasonal Affective Disorder

This general fitness thread covers all aspects of fitness, including workouts, nutrition, wellness tips, lifestyle changes, and fitness advice.
I've never heard of Seasonal Affective Disorder, but perhaps it's the correct diagnostic term of what I have heard of, which is seasonal depression.

Though with seasonal depression, the up can be during winter when there is less sunlight and down during the summer when there is more sunlight. So, it doesn't seem to align with the definition of SAD here.

I don't think I have this condition but sometimes I feel depressed when there is no sun in the sky for days. This time of the year is called monsoon in our country, and it is the time when it rains for days and sun will be hidden behind dark clouds. I find this season depressing.
