Did you know what holocaust was? This was a very tragic and a very unkind period in the history when a majority of Jews was persecuted. However, there were certain heroes who were instrumental to rescue of many people. Oskar Schindler was one of those heroes. He was a German industrialist who rescue over one thousand Jewish persons.

The movie was directed by a very popular director, Steven Spielberg. He did a good job of making it look and feel as if the movie was actually happening. Another advantage of the movie is that it is inspired from the real events. Historians have also noted that many of the facts depicted in the movie are absolutely truthful and true. I recommend it.
