Do you have probiotics in any form regularly?

Probiotics are fuel for the separate digestive ssyem in your body - the gut flora. You can have them in the form of fermented products, yoghurt or curd or even as supplements.

As far as I am concerned, I have it as a supplemented since I am allergic to milk products and cannot have yoghurt.

There's a yogurt (defined as a "probiotic milk drink" when Googled) company here called Yakult. There are Yakult ladies who drive around on scooters to get subscribers for weekly orders. We have one such lady that brings us 2-3 kinds of yogurts (probiotics) for each family member that supposedly helps us uniquely in our unique bodies.

I have 1 or 2 of them a day, but they are different probiotics, not the same, with breakfast and dinner.

I take them daily. I do gummies two times a day (non-THC).

I'm a big fan of probiotics and I love getting it through natural means especially from fermented foods like kimchi. My digestion and energy levels has significantly improved after I started adding probiotics in my daily diet
I eat kimchi regularly, as it's just so good. But, I haven't noticed a difference with either kimchi or probiotics. However, I can't dismiss the studies that they are doing something.

20 years ago, it would be just THC LOL

I haven't taken any form of probiotic before. I would like to try it.
That's good! I always love to see people who are interested in trying probiotics because they are so effective in supporting our health but it is equally important to choose a reputable brand. I advise you to look for a product with third-party testing. I also want to chip in that you need to start with small doses in order to assess your level of tolerance.
Pickles are the part of my daily meal. I eat pickles every day. Fermented vegetables and curds are also a part of my regular food. I have never taken synthetic probiotic.
That's quite amazing! Fermented foods are definitely an excellent way to support gut health. The benefits of bacteria in fermented veggies are very incredible. Have you ever experienced an improvement in your overall digestion since you have incorporated these foods?
I use some natural pills like gastro digest to help naturally get my body back to where it needs to be.
Yes! Natural pills like Gastro digest can be of great help as well but my advice to you is to address the root course of the imbalance. I just think you can incorporate more fiber rich foods and also try to stay hydrated always, not a professional advice though! but i feel implementing holistic approach is the best.
