Do you believe in numerology?

I have always pondered on the idea of numbers being a lucky charm or having an enchanting effect on us. I have concluded that in the baground of lack of objective evidences, it is not a belief that is worth encouraging.

Do I have a luck number, no.

What are your thoughts?

I am enthralled by numerology although I share your disbelief about its power. I do not think numbers directly affect our life events, yet I acknowledge they could be useful to study human behavior.

Numbers have long fascinated me since they show potential effects on human life. The lack of solid proof about numerology does not mean it works as a valuable personal tool for examining ourselves and building growth.

I was reading this book titled 'The Greatest Show on Earth' by Richard Dawkins.

There he says that humans have an amazing propensity to identify and even imagine patterns in everything. I think numerology is also the product of that civlizational urge to find order in a basket of disorders.

'69' would be a nice pattern! *No pun intended*
