So, with Donald Trump a little over a month away from being inaugurated as US President once again, what will this mean for the conflict between Israel & Palestine/Hezbollah in the Middle East?

What policy direction is Trump likely to turn? While some expect he will be more supportive of Netanyahu, given that their views are more closely aligned than those of Netanyahu-Biden, Trump also traditionally has tried to minimise US involvement in any foreign conflicts as much as possible when in office.

Given these factors, how do you assume the Trump Administration will propose to deal with the conflict, and what will be significantly different from current policy?

I believe that we will first need to reign in Iran with the sanctions that they should have had this entire time. This will cease funding to other Muslim militant/terrorist groups, which will be the ultimate fall of HAMAS. With the fall of HAMAS, it will be easier for Israel and Palestine to cooperate without US intervention.

If we don't stop Iran, the Samson Option could very well be on the table, as they continually get attacked by various Iran-backed groups, drawing us into a much larger global conflict reaching further than just the Middle East.

As a non-US person, I believe we should mind our own business and every thing will be fine. One of the common scenes I see these days in the west is "We are here because you were there." If Europe and more recently the US had never meddled in Asia and Africa, most of the problems we see today would have never existed.
