I have been diagnosed with clinical depression and insomnia. But the spell which I experienced was brief and I had to take antidepressants for less than 6 months. Now almost 3 years have passed and things have never been so good.

Did I see a psychotherapist and a psychiatrist? Yes. Did it help? - immensely.

Infact, I still see my psychologist to keep myself abreast of my mental health and understanding any triggers that might come even before they appear on a full blown scale.
