Do you feel like you get enough "me-time" in the relationships you've been in? Do you ever get overwhelmed or burnt out being around your partner constantly? How much "me-time" do you like to have when you're in a relationship?

Me-time is essential in relationships, it helps recharge your energy and maintain individuality. From my experience, I can say setting healthy boundaries and openly communicating your need for personal space strengthens trust. When both partners respect me-time, the relationship grows healthier and more balanced.

I don't believe in me time in relationship. Your relationship will exist as long as you accept the fact that you both are bonded together and your life is depended on your partner. When you think about me time, you are basically thinking about independent existence, which can be bad for your relationship

I have as many "me-time" as I want and I also get to bond with my partner. We believe our bonding time should be more than our individual time as It helps is grow together and not apart. We only have a "me-time" when It is necessary and that is to help us think and cool off.
