Kitchen fail and kitchen wins are common for me. recently, I cooked chicken and it turned out be exactly like I wanted, but a week ago, I tried cooking fried rice but sadly I failed. I seemed to have poured more water and the rice became soggy.
My greatest win in the kitchen was when I added salad to my noodles. That recipe was strange but it gave me the taste I needed and an aroma that made my neighbor to request for a supply. Now I'm doing it as a full time business. That's my greatest win in the kitchen that paid off
