The English Premier League witnessed what I call a year of the birds because all the team with a bird as their badge logo ended up winning trophies this season.



Liverpool won the English Premier League, Newcastle United won the EFL Cup, Crystal Palace won the FA Cup and Tottenham won the Europa League.

It was an incredible season that didn't see just one team dominate the football in England. I think seasons like this are not that common. No team won double trophies. It seems the small teams in EPL are finally coming of age.

Indeed nature dominated even in sports! The teams efforts finally paid off and it was a great season to see a variety of teams getting trophies in hands! Congratulations to all the teams!

Last season was a breakthrough season for so many teams that have been struggling for years in breaking their trophy drought. I was very happy for each and every team that won, even though Crystal Palace took one from my team Manchester City.
