When I was into practicing Yoga, I found few asanas very difficult to master. However, I was, after a lot of struggle and practice able to master few asanas like Chakrasana (Wheel posture), Halasana (Plough posture) however, I was never able to master Sirsasana (Head stand) or Kakasana (Crow posture). Have you been successful in achieving any of the challenging postures in Yoga?
