From my observation lately, meme pages are now the easiest way to break and achieve monetization on different social media sites. Other contents still works but memes have an upper hand because it's what almost everyone is interested in as it makes them laugh.

Have you been successfully in using memes as your content focus in getting your social media account monetization approved?

The content that does not require the users to click and visit other pages perform better on the social sites. For instance, instead of blog post or embedded videos, original videos, infographics, or even memes perform better. People like memes because they can easily associate with the fun but hard hitting content. However, you still need to balance with informative content.

Memes pages aren’t
So easy to unlock monetization features as they’re deemed duplicate content on social media. You will need to have your own unique videos, unique videos and text in order to get into the monetization programs. Especially on sites like facebook and tiktok. Unique content is at the fore front of their monetization programs.

If the memes are unique, you’ll be fine.

Memes boost engagement and brand relatability, but I don't think they help in monetization. Brands and creators use memes for partnerships, merch, and ad revenue, but themajor challenge is platform specific policies.
You’re right, they don’t unless you’re able to get high views on them after attaching songs to them. If you don’t, then they won’t be able to unlock monetization tiers for you.

Memes are great for dropping in groups on facebook for visibility and traction, but they’re not good for posting on your own facebook page if you’re working on one. Creating your own is the best thing to do though.
