I am still trying to recover from the challenges that comes with eating junks.

It was never easy for me while I was in school because my parents sent little money and I could only afford junks meals such as noodles and bread then.

I am reducing eating those meals because it is like I've become addicted to them.

You are very right because nutrition plays a very important role in maintaining our body balance. Someone who is having a poor diet would suffer from a multitude of health issues and eating junk food can contribute to that. Personally, I struggle to reduce the consumption of junk foods and it's been so difficult. Breaking addiction from unhealthy foods can be so tough.
