Nature provides me with an effective way to manage tension. Outdoor walking and settling down outdoors both successfully clear my mind and lower tension too. I also manage my stress by having enough sleep and participating in activities that make me happy.

Taking part in some of the activities that make one happy is the first step to handling stress. It is not a situation that anyone should even be joking with because a happy mind is mostly a stress free one.
