Religion can be used to control a lot of people and their mindset in a very bad way. I have heard it before that there are some people whom as a result of their religious beliefs don't take any form of medication when they are sick but only pray and eat fruits.

How crazy can religion twist the mind of some people?

I have not only seen religion crazy people I even have them in my family. For instance, my mom does not eat eggs or chicken. That's because her religion and tradition does not allow those food.

This is how it is with some religious people. They have the things that they don't eat at all. They are forbidden by their religion not to taste such at all.
