If you engage in meditation practice, it can significantly improve your physical balance. Through my years of practicing yoga and meditation, I have seen personal evidence that yoga results in better balance.

Even when I'm sitting, I put into consideration my body posture. I make sure my spine is straight to align with the earth geometry.

I don't use to practice meditation, but I am becoming aware of it from reading this post. It is now crucial that I put everything about it into practice going forward right now.
 
I have been meditating since I was a 10th grader and I am not sure if you can actually do any kind of physical balance through meditation. You can sure correct your poster as meditation requires you to sit with your back straightened, and apart from this I am not aware of any kind of body balance.
 
Meditation can help physical balance by calming down the body. This is a very important thing. Meditation help you focus on your mind. This can help you increase your alertness in the end. Research how's that meditation could be very beneficial.
