Suppressing emotions might lead to stress or depression, while expressing them can feel liberating. How do you manage intense emotions to protect your mental well-being? Do certain emotions, like guilt or fear, feel harder to handle?
 
Our emotions really are the language of our mental health — they tell us what’s going on inside.

I think a lot of us suppress our emotions. That's because we do not want to appear emotional fool. Suppression is not good, but we do it. The best way to handle our emotional is to channelize in a proper way. For instance, if you want to cry loud, you can do it alone in your room
