To make physical health a priority, I exercise for thirty minutes minimum three times per week by choosing activities which bring me joy like swimming. I pay attention to my body signals to determine when it needs rest. My physical well being also relies on both a well-balanced diet together with enough sleep each day.
 
People are now having a harder time prioritizing their health. Most of the people are stuck in a cycle. They go to work and return late. This makes it very hard for people to go to gym or go to other places where they can improve their health.

I try as much as I can to give myself at least an hour of sleep everyday. I make sure that I don't eat later than 6pm everyday. And I try to do sports at least once a week. All of these keep my physical health in top shape.
