Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation, it’s deeply tied to physical and emotional health. Poor sleep might worsen anxiety, or unresolved emotions might manifest as physical tension. How have you noticed these three aspects influencing each other? What practices (e.g., exercise, meditation, therapy) help you nurture all three?
 
All of physical health, mental health and emotional well-being are inter-woven. If one is going through physical pains, they might likely feel bad as an emotional response to that pain, and at that point, it is very easy to trigger depression. Same way, if someone is going through emotional pain, it might easily escalate to depression and affect the physical health of the person. That's because the person would be barely able t take care of themselves.
 
For me, when my physical health is off, it affects my mood and energy right away.
Mental stress can lead to emotional burnout, which then makes it harder to stay active or eat well.
Keeping all three in balance is a daily effort, but it makes life feel much more stable and fulfilling.
 
If you are physically active (physical health), you are likely to be mentally and emotionally healthy. Physical, mental and emotional health are connected. For instance, if you are emotionally healthy, you are more likely to live an active life and when your life is active, you also become mentally healthy
