It is very good to have a warm, friendly and cordial working environment. It encourages one to look forward to going to work each day. However, when some colleague goes out of their way to make me comfortable, I actually feel suspicious and uncomfortable. Things like, always offering to stay back incase I would need any help, coming back to check on me several times, or offering me a ride back home when they can obviously see that my transport is already waiting, makes me wonder about their interest. It also gets annoyingly uncomfortable to decline them politely day in and day out. How would you tackle such a situation especially when you are new and they are quite experienced and senior age-wise too.

I maintain a good relationship with my colleagues at work. It's a normal thing to do because I get to work with them every day. It's going to be awkward if we are not in good terms and do things together like a team.
I don't have colleagues at work but I have apprentices. And I always make sure they have a positive atmosphere to work. A visitor to my shop won't be able to tell who is the boss and the apprentices because I am very cordial and casual with the way I relate with my apprentices.

I am friends with my colleagues and our relationship is very cordial. Having a good relationship with your colleagues at work is essential for creating a positive and productive work environment.
I have only the front desk officer working with me in my studio. And I have an excellent relationship with her. We have never had an argument before. I approach her with respect and if there is something she does I don't like, I tell her calmly. We have a very cordial relationship.
For most of my life I have worked form home and I have a little experience working among people. However, I have always been in good term with my co-workers. I have never been too close and I have always maintained professional relationship
I don't know how I would be able to survive in a working environment that I am quarreling with even one person. It would so drain me. In all the places I have worked, I have never let tensions degenerate into malice with my work colleagues.
