discuss High remuneration

In my country, there is an ongoing controversy that the film actors and actresses are charging so high amount that it has given rise to three major issues:

1. A lot of black money and money laundering is happening to fund these projects
2. It is inflating the film budgets so high that small producers are missing out
3. Kind of a predatory pricing, so the small artists are loosing out so much.

What are your opinion? Should they reduce their remuneration?

Why the actors are asking for high amount? Well, they are the crowd puller. They are the face value of the entire movie, there are lesser chances that these movies will flop. If film makers think they are charging too much, why do they need to hire these guys, why not go with new face or lesser known actors.

Sad thing is movies of these actors do not even have substance. They appeal only to lower sensibilities
