Making friends online is not very difficult because on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and many others, it's easy to be added/followed as a friend. This doesn't mean you have any good bond or friendship with many of them on your list.

Before you can start seeing any of them as your true friend, a lot must have happened between both of you to make the friendship strong.

Who are your true online friends?

Well, I have made some great friends online. The have even helped me with money. If you value the friendship, even the virtual friends can be as good as real friends.

I've met a lot of great people over the years online, especially @Heatman @Ja sa bong @Shawn and @Harsh World. We've all become pretty close. I've known some of ya'll for over 5-13 years. It's awesome meeting people online and getting to know them. It's like they become family.

I was homeschooled during middle school and found a nice clique of people who played Counter-Strike in Florida. They were also beta testers of my text-based game, as we initially met on a text-based game that led to the creation of mine. We'd regularly all talk on AIM, too. Those were the days.

It wasn't but a year or two ago that I found them through "similar friends" to try and get in contact with them over Facebook. However, I never got a response, probably because it was blocked by the Messenger spam filter.

It would definitely be cool to go hang out with them and see how our lives have changed since then, as we spent all summer days playing, and when their school started, school nights playing both CS 1.6 and the text-based game.

You're also a very good friend of mine. I'm close to @Heatman and @Henry too. I know @Shawn from FP but not close to him. I've used his cycling forum some time ago.

Yes, I did a while back but unfortunately the person is no where to be found now
I missed him a lot
It's why I try my best to have a means of connection outside forum with the close friends I've made. It's either we chat on WhatsApp or Discord, I will have the person's email address to reach them whenever it's convenient.
