I include fermented foods like yogurt and kimchi in my diet to support gut health. My favorite gut-friendly meal is a veggie bowl with miso dressing and quinoa. To balance cravings, I allow treats in moderation while prioritizing fiber-rich, nourishing foods.
I eat pickles every day, so I am eating probiotic every day. I also eat a lot of vegetables, which means I am adding enough dietary fibers in my plate. I focus on eating easy to digest foods.
